How do I apply my Voucher Code to an order on HawksNest?

To apply your Voucher Code, you will need to do this once at the checkout page of HawksNest.

  • You will need to enter your code Under Promo Code / Gift Vouchers which is in the 'Order Summary' panel on the checkout page.
  • Once you have entered your code into the box you then need to select apply. Please ensure you are entering your code correctly.
  • If you have more than 1 code these need to be entered separately, if entered together they won't apply.
  • Once you have selected apply the code will be applied to the items within your order, and the discount will be shown.

How do I create an account to access my member discount? 

For the first time using the site members will need to create an account and provide their membership login details. 

  1. Click on Register in the top menu 
  2. Provide your Membership Email – Enter your email address that exists on your membership account. If you do not have an email address linked to your membership account, please contact the membership department on 1300 042 957 or at membership@hawthornfc.com.au
  3. HawksNest Shop Password – Create your HawksNest Password. This can be the same or different from your membership password. 
  4. Reconfirm your new password for HawksNest
  5. Fill out your personal details 
  6. Tick you agree to the Privacy Policy
  7. Prove you are not a Robot
  8. Click “Create Account”  

I’m not seeing discounted items?

Once you are logged in as a club member your 10% membership discount will be automatically applied. Please note that Member, Memorabilia and Sale Items are not included. When you land on the cart it will say that 'club member discounts have been applied'.

 

I am a current member of Hawthorn Football Club. How do I receive my 10% discount on Merchandise?

All members wishing to receive their 10% discount will be required to create a new account prior to making their first order from the above date. Please follow the below steps to create your new HawksNest account:

  1. Click on Register in the top menu 

  2. Tick “Yes” you are a club member

  3. Provide your Membership Email – Enter your email address that exists on your membership account. If you do not have an email address linked to your membership account, please contact the membership department on 13000 HAWKS (42957)

  4. Provide your Membership Password – Enter your Membership Login password, if you do not know this you will need to reset your password on the membership website 

  5. HawksNest Password – Create your HawksNest password. This can be the same or different from your membership password

  6. Reconfirm your new password for HawksNest

  7. Fill out your personal details 

  8. Tick you agree to the Privacy Policy

  9. Prove you are not a Robot

  10. Click “Create Account”

 

I do not have an email address linked to my membership. What do I do?

To add an email address to your membership account please contact the membership department on 1 3000 HAWKS (42957) or email membership@hawthornfc.com.au 

 

I do not know my password for my Membership account. What do I do?

To reset your password, please click on the link below and follow the prompt to “Forgot Password”. You will then be emailed a link to reset your password.

If you do not receive an email it might mean that we have the wrong email address for you. Please contact the membership department on 1 3000 HAWKS (42957) or email membership@hawthornfc.com.au to update your details.

 

I want to use a different email address to the email linked to my membership. What do I do?

To receive a 10% discount, your email address must match the email address linked to your membership. If you need to update this please contact the membership department on 1 3000 HAWKS (42957) or email membership@hawthornfc.com.au

 

I have set up my account, but it is not recognising me as a member. What should I do?

Please check that your email address and membership password are correct. To re-enter your details follow the below steps:

  • Sign into your HawksNest account
  • Click Account
  • Click Account Settings
  • Select Yes to “Want to access Club member discount?/Update Club member password”
  • Re-enter your email address linked to your MyHawks membership account and your MyHawks password.
  • Click Update Details

If you are unsure of your MyHawks membership password please visit membership.hawthornfc.com.au to reset your password.

If you do not receive an email with a link to reset your password, we may have the wrong email address for you. Please contact the membership department on 1 3000 HAWKS (42957) or email membership@hawthornfc.com.au to update your details.

The club has given me a temporary password. Can I use this to create my HawksNest account?

No. If you have a temporary password, you will need to create a new password through the Membership site prior to creating your HawksNest account. Click here to change your membership password https://am.ticketmaster.com/hfc/#/

 

I have changed my membership password, does this mean my HawksNest password will automatically change?

No. You will need to login to HawksNest and update your membership password in order for your record to match and for your 10% discount to be applied. 

 

I have created my HawksNest account but my discount hasn’t been applied. What should I do?

 To be eligible for a HawksNest discount, your membership payments must be up to date.

 If you are behind in your payments or have not renewed your membership please login to your membership account at membership.hawthornfc.com.au or call the Membership Department on 1 3000 HAWKS (42957) to resolve the issue.
